경영자가 회사경영을 잘못하면 그 책임은 열심히 일한 노동자가 지는 나라
사측과 경찰의 무자비한 진압으로 마무리된 2009년 쌍용자동차파업 그리고 그 뒤 22명의 노동자들과 그의 가족이 사측과 국가의 손해배상청구 ,가압류, 약속불이행으로 목숨을 잃었습니다.
그러나 쌍용자동차희생자들에 대한 이야기는 방송에 나오질 않습니다.
정부가 낙하산으로 앉힌 사장이 있는 방송사에서 정부에 방해되는 소식은 방송되지 않게 하고 있기 때문입니다. 그래서 언론인들이 파업을 했습니다..국민들의 눈과 귀를 지키려고 말입니다. 하지만 쌍용에서와 마찬가지로 언론인들에게도 똑같이 손해배상 가압류로 고통스럽게 하고 있습니다. 손해배상 가압류는 원래 약자를 보호하기 위해 만들어진 법이지만 오히려 힘이 센 강자가 그러한 법을 이용하여 파업을 무력화시키고 있는 것입니다.
쌍용자동차희생자와 같은 문제는 남의 일이 아닙니다. 적어도 대한민국에서 평범하게 살고 있다면 당신도 그러한 처지로 내몰리 수 있습니다.
나와 당신 우리도 약자가 될 수 있습니다. 약자들이 싸우는 방법은 하나입니다. 뭉치는 것이지요..
꿀벌들이 똘똘 뭉쳐 말벌을 무찌르듯이. 우리 하나하나가 관심을 가지는 것,.,
